Designed and executed MasterLab Leadership Institute, a weekend conference providing mentorship and social entrepreneurship workshops to 20 rising leaders working on innovative projects to improve life with diabetes

SeedLA is a non-profit, young professional organization that provides pro bono consulting to non-profits pioneering a healthier and more sustainable Los Angeles.

Outside of full-time jobs, consultant teams donate time to assist non-profits with data-intensive recommendations for new program development, market research, operational efficiency, business strategy, impact assessment, etc. SeedLA is driven to create innovative partnerships that inspire young professionals, grow the impact of non-profits, and find solutions to local public health and environmental challenges.

• Removed friction in the UX for over 10K patients; designed + project managed the build of the Customer Experience Center to help patients access, afford + learn to use inhaled insulin Afrezza
• Created strategic educational messaging and videos for patients + diabetes educators, while coordinating needs of marketing, medical + regulatory teams
• Developed training curriculum, SOPs, and compliance protocols for 75+ staff to train patients
• Managed build of Salesforce CRM, online training hub, and virtual scheduling tools

Assessed the needs of 80,000+ community members, re-designed the organization’s patient advocacy programming and created new curriculum, securing over $125,000 in grants for 2017.
