Living, not Surviving is deep, integrated 1:1 support created out of this need.
Whether you’re overwhelmed, burnt out, or ready to evolve—this is a space to support your emotional, spiritual, and nervous system well-being with diabetes.
Who It’s For
This is for you if:
- You’ve had T1D for at least one year
- You feel emotionally tired, anxious, or burnt out
- You’ve done therapy, yoga, or coaching—but still feel stuck
- You crave depth, softness, and soulful integration
- You’re ready to have more energy for actually living: connecting, traveling, and being creative.
- You’re ready to explore how chronic illness can be a teacher and an expander
